By using the Arciin website, downloading software, or purchasing a paid license, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Arciin is self-hosted software. You install and run it on infrastructure you control. The free core and paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Features may evolve; we do not guarantee that every beta or preview capability will ship permanently.

Paid plans are licensed, not sold. A license key activates premium features for the number of servers and seats allowed by your plan. You must not share, resell, or reverse engineer license enforcement except as permitted by law. Free core remains usable without a paid key.

You agree not to:

You are responsible for data you store on your Arciin instance, for access control on your network, and for backups. We are not liable for data loss on hardware you operate, except as stated in a separate written enterprise agreement.

Marketing copy, screenshots, and demos are illustrative. They may show features that require a paid plan or future release. Install documentation on docs.arciin.com is the operational reference.

When online checkout is available, fees are charged through our payment processor. Until then, checkout requests are handled by email/invoice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.

Software and the website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arciin and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of the software or website. Our total liability for any claim related to the free website or free software is limited to zero dollars, and for paid licenses to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend website access or licenses for breach of these terms. You may stop using Arciin at any time. Provisions that should survive (licenses already granted for a paid term, disclaimers, liability limits) continue after termination.
